Made in the UK
The Mini Excel High Expansion Foam Generator is an extremely lightweight, one-man portable generator that is available in a choice of either Standard models, designed for use in conjunction with In-Line Foam Inductors (such as the Delta Z225) or in a Self-Inducing format designed to induce foam direct from the drum.
The Mini Excel is available with a wide choice of inlet fittings for compatibility to existing hose lines.
Suitable for use with all foam types including fluorine-free foams.

The Mini Excel Foam Generator is a lightweight, one‑man portable high‑expansion foam generator that produces large volumes of foam quickly and efficiently using a pressurised water supply and foam concentrate. It is available in Standard models that work with in‑line foam inductors like the Delta Z225 or Self‑Inducing models that draw foam directly from a drum. Made in the UK with corrosion‑resistant materials and a bronze pelton wheel, it is suitable for use with all foam types including fluorine‑free foams and can also be configured with smoke extraction capability for dual‑purpose use.
The Mini Excel Foam Generator is a smaller, lighter and more portable version of the standard Excel Foam Generator, designed for one‑person deployment and use in tighter or mobile applications. While the standard Excel unit is larger and typically used where higher overall foam output and ducting distances are required, the Mini Excel focuses on ease of transport and rapid setup without sacrificing high‑expansion foam performance. The Mini Excel is available in Standard models that work with in‑line inductors and Self‑Inducing models that draw foam directly from a drum, whereas the standard Excel usually relies on an external inductor and delivers greater total foam volume. Both are suitable for use with all foam types including fluorine‑free foams, but the Mini Excel excels in smaller spaces, rapid response tasks, and applications where weight and portability are important.
The Mini Excel Foam Generator operates on a pressurised water supply at a flow rate of approximately 225 – 265 litres per minute (LPM) depending on the inlet pressure supplied. At around 5 bar pressure it flows about 225 LPM, increasing to about 265 LPM at around 7 bar, producing high‑expansion foam efficiently with typical expansion rates in the range of 400 – 450 times the water volume depending on conditions and foam type used.
