Nova Type 3 is a premium layflat fire hose designed for demanding industrial and marine environments. It is constructed from synthetic textile reinforcement encased in a unified PVC Nitrile rubber lining and cover, manufactured to BS 6391 and Lloyds Register Approved.
Typical users include marine and offshore operators, petrochemical plants, oil and gas facilities, aviation services, nuclear sites, major industrial sectors, civil defence organisations and waste-recycling operations.
The PVC Nitrile construction offers strong resistance to oils and a wide range of chemicals. It also provides heat resistance and maintains performance when exposed to hot embers, while the outer cover is tough and abrasion resistant.
