Starflex Type 1 is a white uncoated layflat hose approved for marine use under the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) in diameters up to 2 in (52 mm). Its lightweight design makes it suitable for general purpose firefighting, washdown and dust suppression applications.
The Starflex range is manufactured to BS 6391 and is resistant to seawater, mildew and bacteria. It can be supplied with any British or international couplings, and large stock holdings allow rapid delivery.
