The Delta Fire High Back Pressure Foam Generator is a fixed foam system device designed for use in base injection foam systems. It is primarily used to protect hydrocarbon storage risks such as fixed roof fuel tanks. It generates low expansion foam (around 4:1 expansion) while operating efficiently against high system resistance or “back pressure,” making it suitable for large industrial foam protection systems.
It is typically used in industrial and petrochemical environments, especially in fuel storage facilities with fixed roof tanks. It forms part of fixed foam protection systems for bund areas, tank farms, and high risk hydrocarbon storage sites where reliable foam injection is required over long distances or against pressurised conditions.
Its design allows it to operate with back pressure up to around 40 percent of the foam solution inlet pressure, ensuring consistent foam production even when system resistance is high. This is achieved through engineered flow control and nozzle geometry that maintains stable foam quality and delivery performance, even in challenging system conditions.

Fantastic equipment and customer service. Would high recommend Delta Fire to any company looking for fire service equipment. After doing a lot of market research, I found and contacted Delta Fire to get more information about their equipment. Any questions I had where answered, they helped me look at my company's needs and pick which products where best suited. Extremely helpful. To add the very long warranty and that they are UK made is what separates the from the rest. Thank you guys for all your help. 10/10
